A reservation fee of $500 is required at the time of booking to hold the dates. We must receive your deposit within 60 days of your reservation or the time period cannot be held. Once this fee is received, your booking is confirmed. Deposit is then held as a security deposit & returned within 14 days after checkout pending no damage is done to the property or any property is found missing. Property inspection and inventory is done 24-72 hours after every check out. Therefore there is a possibility that the deposit may be returned earlier than 14 days. However, a 14 day estimate is given to account for certain cases in which damage was done, or property was loss to provide adequate time to process an incident report. An itemized invoice will be provided for any items damaged or missing along with a refund of the deposit lt plus/less repairs or replacement costs.
A cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the rental fees and payment is assessed in the same manner as described under subcategory "Payment" as listed below. Additional maid service may be provided if requested and scheduled in advance.
Please make payment in the form of credit card or check. Advance rental payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. The remaining BALANCE of RENT will be due 30 days prior to your check in. The dates cannot be held until the deposit is received. For those who are booking within 30 days from arrival date, full payment of rental fees must be remitted in order to reserve dates. All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made 60 days prior to scheduled check in will incur no fee. If cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to your intended arrival date, you will receive a full refund less the cancellation fee of $125. If cancellation is made within 60 days of your intended arrival, no refund will be granted. There will be neither refunds nor rebates for any type weather related occurrences. Reservation Qualifications & House Rules
All reservations must be made by individuals over the age of 25. We do not rent to vacationing students who are without adult supervision. We reserve the right to ask renters to leave if any policies have been violated with 100% rental fees forfeited to Bay Front Escape. We maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Please respect out neighbors. Pets are strictly prohibited without prior written approval. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any interior space of the rental premises. No grilling on the decks, fires must be kept on the ground floor. Linens, bedspreads, pillows, and blankets are included. There is a land-line phone on the property, which only dials local phone numbers with "409" area codes. It is recommended to bring your own cell phone. There is good cell phone reception on the west end of the island. The welcome directories booklet provides renters with important emergency phone numbers as well as phone numbers for local restaurants and businesses. Bay Front Escape does have wifi internet exclusively for our renters. A network password will be given to renters upon check in. For your safety, Bay Front Escape provides renters with access to the property alarm system. Renter specific codes and instructions will be provided upon check in. Each guest is given a unique code which is changed between each renter to ensure the utmost safety and privacy.
Pointe West Beach Club Resort Rules & Policies
Bay Front Escape guests will have access to all Pointe West Resort amenities including use of the beautiful Gulf-front Beach Club, Bayside Sunset Pool Club and associated facilities. There is a one time $25.00 resort fee for the entire length of your stay for use of the pools, fitness facility or game room, however all food and beverages are not included in the rental fees. Renters are responsible for their own food and beverages. The food may not be left behind in the refrigerator or pantry. All leftover food must be disposed of properly in trash bags and placed in the provided trash bin before check-out. You will require a code to enter the gates of the pool club which will also be provided upon check in. You may also be required to show proof (a signed rental agreement) that you are a guest at Bay Front Escape. Beach and pool towels are available at the Beach Club and Bay Club. Please do not bring towels from the house to the beach or pool. All of the dune areas of the Pointe West property are considered "protected". Please avoid disrupting the natural surroundings in these areas.
In our efforts to provide comfortable accommodations for our guest, we have set up policies and guidelines which help us meet the expectation of our guests. Though most of the policies are posted on our site, we provide a more detailed written statement of all our policies in our rental contract.
